House in Contract!!!

Well it's official, the house is in contract.  A wonderful couple from Goshen, IN came to Mansfield last Monday and loved the house.  We are so excited for them and so looking forward to their moving to Ohio.  Joe & Ashley will be her the end of June and I hope everyone will make them feel welcome here in Mansfield.  They and their two sons are looking forward to their new home and excited for this new adventure in their lives.  More details to come, but God is working overtime on this one and we are even more excited with all that is going on!!
