Saturday, May 5th from 10am - 2pm I am having a 31 Open House to celebrate our NEW Summer Catalog.  Lots of great new patterns and products, why not come on over and check it out.  As well, as a BIG garage sale Saturday 9am - 4pm and Sunday 12pm - 4pm.  We still have stuff available for sale, including the house so come on out and help us move this merchandise.  Blessings to all for a great week.

Well, the day started like any other day.  Both up early, with lots to do.  On this Good Friday, we wanted to do service unto the Lord for dying on this day for us, so up to the Earles we went to help them get ready for Easter at their home.  Since Gary's laptop is portable and the Earle's have WiFi, Gary could do his usual emails and making phone calls.  After a FaceTime chat with our oldest grandson, Parker, Gary called Bill the owner of the RV that we have been gathering information on.  The phone call ended, and Gary announces "I have some news . . . we just bought an RV!"  Ok so after I picked my jaw up off the ground and a short burst of tears for all of us Gary gave us all the information and well, let's just say we are certain beyond all doubt that this was truly God bringing Bill to us because this man came down in price before we even asked and then volunteered to drive it to the modification company in IN for us from CO for only the cost of fuel.  It is truly amazing how God moves people directly into your path to help you out and on top of that when they don't even know you is truly amazing.  Thank you Lord for all you are doing in our lives in preparation for this journey.  With you as our co-pilot, we are sure to be going in the right direction.

OK, so we all know the economy right now is not great, but we serve an AMAZING GOD!!!  We had our first Open House today and get this . . . 12 people came through, 3 are interested  and we even sold some more household items to a couple that came through the open house.  Can you say . . . AWESOME!!!!  When we contacted our realtor, Tim Hester of Coldwell Banker he had to tell us about the economy and that it is really not a seller's market right now and our reply was, God has a perfect buyer for this house and he will bring that buyer here to purchase it in his time not ours.  Our Lord's timing is always perfect, never late, never early always, right on time.  Thank you Lord for that buyer and we look forward to meeting them soon!!!

We are in Hartville again today for my niece, Mary's 5th birthday!  We had a great time and while there received a phone call from my Uncle Joe.  We don't know what we would do without him regarding our first purchase of an RV.  He and Aunt Nancy have owned several over the years and they is a plethora of information and willing to share it all with us from battery size, to interior fan, generator capacity, etc., etc., etc.  Thank you Lord for such an amazing couple!  Much love and prayers to you both Aunt Nancy & Uncle Joe, we look forward to caravaning with you sometime when we are all out on the road!

Well looking for an RV, with a floor plan that will allow Gary to make a complete circle inside, is liking looking for a needle in a HAY FIELD!  I mean come one, this is one serious search.  I know God has the perfect one just for us, but this is getting funny, exactly what we have to have.  One particular design by Fleetwood seems to be the one that is going to work.  Gary's mom and I have been in one this style in Canton, OH, so at least I know for sure it will work.  Now the hunt is on.  Please keep this search in your prayers, that we find the perfect one at the perfect price with the right amount of miles and everything else that Gary's says we need in this RV.  You will probably hear me shouting a Halleluiah when this one is found.  Have a great weekend!!

Well, we are packing everything up for my Dad to go home and you would think I would be happy.  Taking care of a quad is like taking care of triplets, add on a man that had left hip surgery and you add a set of twins.  Hectic is the understatement, yet I will miss him so very much.  As I write, I am brought to tears because this is the most time I have spent with my Dad since I lived at home and I forgot how enjoyable he is.  Gary and he are best buds.  When he arrived two and a half weeks ago we pulled the recliner into our bedroom, right beside Gary's bed and that is where they both have been ever since.  It has been neat to listen to them discuss cars on the Mecum Auto Auction or what we are going to be doing when we go out west with our RV.  My Dad turns 78 this June, I am so glad I still have him in my life and I will treasure him even more after this experience.  What have I gotten out of this . . . take the time to love everyone in your life, for today is a present, tomorrow is never guaranteed!!!

Day 1:  In the moment when a whisper becomes a stirring.
                   You are my confidant.
Day 2:  In the moment when laughter becomes abandon, I think of our compatibility.
                   You are my friend.
Day 3:  In the moment when a glimmer becomes radiance, I think of our future.
                   You are my tomorrow.
Day 4:  In the moment when attraction becomes surrender, I think of our passion.
                   You are my forever love.
Day 5:  In the moment when ascent become triumph, I realize that love transforms
the ordinary - and ours is an extraordinary love.
                   You are my forever love.
For the past five days Gary has sent me a note with the above on it.  Words escape me how to describe how much love I have for you Gary, you are my world and I am so very blessed to have you in my life and as my husband.  More today, than yesterday!!!  Ra

Sorry I have not been blogging in a bit, but in a nut shell, we are busy, busy, busy!!!  My dad had hip surgery on Feb. 29th and has been here ever since rehabing.  We are still selling everything in the house and have successfully sold the Envoy and about 1/3 of our possessions.  Come on people, check out the "For Sale" tab and help me get this stuff sold or at least check out what we have for sale and tell your friends.  We appreciate everyone's help.  Blessings to you all for a wonderful week and as always thx for the prayers.

Well what a few days we have had.  My dad had to have ingrown toenail surgery on Thursday, so Gary and I took him.  He came back to our home for after care and got really, really sick.  Had a 31 party on Saturday and Dad had to go home because he coulnd't take care of Gary, so our wonderful friend John Thauvette came and had lunch with Gary and gave him meds.  Sunday we were in Hartville for 3 birthdays, home that evening!  Spent Monday taking pictures of more stuff for sale so please check out our "For Sale Items" tab above and keep these items in mind for anyone you know who might be interested.  Still feel like we are moving in the right direction, thank heavens God gives little signs that are always encouraging.  Thx again for all the prayers and blessings to you all.  MORE OF HIM . . . less of me,  Ra

Today I have my first "31" house party since December of last year, and I am so excited.  Our NEW Spring Catalog just came out the first of this month and only lasts for 3 months!  Great new patterns and products and everyone is sooooo ready for some spring color.  Blessings to all for a wonderful weekend!!!  MORE OF HIM . . . less of me, Ra
